Jason Thomas Kudary is a Broker/Owner with over 12 years of full time real estate experience in residential and commercial real estate. Jason loves the outdoors and lives in Traverse City on Old Mission Peninsula with his wife Amy. Knowledge, professionalism, experience and integrity are important to Jason, which results in repeat and referral business.

Agent/Owner Brad Platt is very excited to be living in northern Michigan again. He grew up in Houghton Lake, moved to Vail, Colorado where he had his first real estate license in 1997, then subsequently moved to Chicago. Brad is committed to high standards of personal service for all clients before, during, and after the sale.

Agent/Owner Julia Lilley grew up in the U.K. where she attained her BA (Hons) after attending Exeter University. Following extensive foreign travel she moved to the United States where she has resided for the past ten years, in Vail Colorado and Chicago Illinois, settling finally in Traverse City Michigan. Julia is a full-time agent and co-owner of CENTURY 21 Northland who developed an interest in the field after 15 years of successful property investment in both the the U.K. and U.S.

Julia's knowledge of the local market and proven ability to sell and buy properties in all price ranges, motivates her to ensure that her clients find the right home at the right price.
