He serves as co-owner and Sales Manager of Century 21 Northland which opened in 2006. Brad has attended and graduated from Century 21’s International Management Academy, Orbit Management Training, and System 21. |

Jason KudaryBroker/Owner Jason Kudary started his full time real estate career in 1995 primarily managing residential, vacant land, and commercial real estate transactions. Jason loves the outdoors and truly enjoys living in Traverse City on Old Mission Peninsula with his wife and two daughters. |

Julia LilleyAgent/Owner Julia Lilley grew up in the U.K. where she attained her BA (Hons) after attending Exeter University. Following extensive foreign travel she moved to the United States where she has resided since 1998, in Vail Colorado and Chicago Illinois, settling finally in Traverse City Michigan. Julia is a full-time agent and co-owner of CENTURY 21 Northland who developed an interest in the field after years of successful property investment in both the U.K. and U.S. Julia's knowledge of the local market and proven ability to sell and buy properties in all price ranges, motivates her to ensure that her clients find the right home at the right price. |
