Carolyn Collins strongly believes in the “Service above Self” model of doing business.  An Associate Sales Broker, Carolyn has ranked as a multi-million dollar producer each year since she began her real estate career in 2001, with more than 60 million dollars in sales. With numerous awards under her belt, Carolyn was most recently honored with the prestigious 2011 International Sterling Sales Award.

Carolyn is highly dedicated to the community in which she lives and works. She is a past president and member of the Traverse Bay Twilight Rotary and currently serves as Assistant Rotary Governor of District 6290. She also belongs to the Economic Club of Traverse City and the Women’s Council of Realtors.

Her real estate designations include specializations in Luxury Homes, Senior Real Estate, Recreation and Resorts, Certified Home Marketing and Negotiation.

Carolyn and her husband Don of 34 years relocated to Traverse City 22 years ago with their three children. She owned and managed successful businesses in Traverse City and Elk Rapids for several years prior to launching her real estate career. She enjoys spending time with her family, which now includes two grandchildren, hiking with her two dogs, traveling and playing piano.
