2021 was another record-breaking year in real estate especially for CENTURY 21 Northland. In northern Michigan, buyer demand was on fire and agents in every region had to relentlessly work for their clients by battling the lowest inventory in years, escalated bidding wars, and a multitude of other hurdles. Despite the challenges, the CENTURY 21 Northland rockstar agents succeeded every time. At an awards banquet on Saturday, 2/26/22, held in Frankenmuth, awards for personal sales and customer satisfaction were given and celebrated.

2021 notable awards received include:
- The President’s Award is earned by offices, producers and teams achieving both CENTURION® level production and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award in the same year.
- The CENTURION Award is earned by offices that achieve or surpass sales production of $2,572,000 or 437 closed transaction sides within a calendar year.
- The Quality Service Pinnacle Award is earned by those offices that receive satisfaction surveys for at least 80% of their consumers surveyed in 2021 with a survey score of 95% or better for two consecutive years.
