CENTURY 21 Northland Welcomes ANNE SCHWARTZ

ANNE SCHWARTZ’S lifelong passion has been dedicated to serving the vibrant communities that make up her beloved Traverse City. A proud descendant of Traverse City for generations, she embodies a profound commitment to enriching the Grand Traverse area.

Nearly two decades ago, Anne embarked on a journey in real estate and contracting alongside her husband, Luke. Their commitment to serving their communities has never wavered. Together, they have seamlessly blended their expertise, offering invaluable guidance in both real estate transactions and contracting projects. Reflecting on their shared endeavor, Anne humbly expresses, “It has been a privilege to meet the diverse needs of our clients throughout the years.”

Anne and Luke find themselves blessed as they raise their four children, the youngest of whom is a spirited toddler. Their shared love for the outdoors brings them immeasurable joy and fulfillment.

Deeply engaged in the local community, Anne actively supports the Northern Michigan Mountain Biking Association (NMMBA). She and Luke eagerly participate in renowned local races such as the Iceman Cometh, Mud Sweat & Beers, and TC Trails Fest.
