Quality Service Awards 2020

Realtors at CENTURY 21 Northland and CENTURY 21 Boardwalk strive 121% to earn the respect & trust of their clients during the list and purchase process. Emotions run high, and hiccups happen. “It doesn’t close until it’s closed” are genuine words given by agents and followed by, “I’ll be with you every step to help during your journey.” At the end, clients are encouraged to honestly assess the process via an emailed survey.

The results of these surveys are three people’s choice awards, the most valued in all awards given for the year. It means CENTURY 21 Northland and CENTURY 21 Boardwalk agents defied mediocrity, went above and beyond expectations, and fulfilled their commitment to professional and ethical service in representation.
