Two veteran real estate agents who like working as a team have joined Century 21 Northland. Jennifer Hastings and EricLevanduski, now members of Blue Lake Real Estate Group within Century 21 Northland, have different primary focuses. She concentrates mostly on selling expired listings. He focuses most of his energy on helping first-time buyers.
“We cover for each other when one of us is out of town,” Eric said. “And we run ideas about pricing and other things by each other. Two heads really are better than one.”
Jennifer said selling expired properties – some of which have been handled unsuccessfully by as many as a half dozen other agencies – is challenging. But it’s all a matter of setting the correct price and marketing in a targeted manner, she said.
For his part, Eric sees it as a professional honor to be chosen to represent first-time home buyers. “Selecting an agent to work with you on your first home is something people don’t take lightly,” he said.
