Julia Lilley – Co-Founder, Broker/Owner

Julia Lilley is Co-Founder of CENTURY 21 Northland with partners Brad Platt and Jason Kudary. Raised in the United Kingdom, Julia lived in Vail, Colorado, and Chicago, Illinois, before finally relocating to Traverse City in 2006. Since CENTURY 21 Northland’s inception, it has expanded to 8 locations and over 80 sales agents and brokers.

In 2012, Julia and her partners established Northland Property Management and Northland Vacation Rentals to complement the real estate brokerage and provide added value to CENTURY 21 Northland clients. Whether it’s making an investment in which to reside, for investment opportunity or vacation needs, they strive to make the transaction stress-free.

Julia’s philosophy is pretty simple: to create a place where she wanted to come to work every day and to surround herself with like-minded, hard-working individuals…and have fun at the same time.

When not working, Julia spends her time with her husband, Brad Platt, two daughters and their Brittany Spaniel, hiking, skiing, traveling or exploring the northern Michigan countryside.

Jason Kudary – Co-Founder, Broker/Owner

Jason Kudary is Co-Founder and a member of the executive leadership team at CENTURY 21 Northland based in Traverse City, MI. After attending Central Michigan University Jason obtained his real estate license in 1995 and an associate brokers license in 1998 while living and working in southern Michigan.

In 2001 Jason moved north to Traverse City to continue his real estate career. In 2006 Jason and his current business partners invested in the CENTURY 21 franchise, opened a single 5-agent office that has grown to over 80 agents in 8 office locations.

Jason attributes CENTURY 21 Northland’s growth and success to the hard work of his outstanding business partners, dedicated staff, and professional career-minded agents and to the love and support of his wife, two daughters, and extended family.

Brad Platt – Co-Founder, Broker/Owner

Brad Platt first became a licensed real estate broker in Vail, Colorado, in 1998 and is one of the Co-Founders of CENTURY 21 Northland which first got its start in 2006. His focus at work revolves mainly around the growth and quality control of the companies.

Brad’s vision for the company hasn’t changed since day one—create a work environment that is special and focus on making sure the right people are hired creating “A Culture of Success.” He loves the outdoors and lives with his wife, Julia, and two daughters, Grace and Eliza, in Traverse City.

Meagan Luce – Broker/Owner

Meagan Luce is a native of Traverse City and has consistently been a top producer with CENTURY 21 Northland since joining the team in 2009. After 11 successful years with CENTURY 21 Northland, Meagan created a mentoring program to further enhance the brokerage mission of empowering and proactively facilitating training to allow CENTURY 21 Northland agents to be the best supported, educated, and professional agents in the industry.

Meagan is now a Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Northland, a Past President of Aspire North REALTORS®, and was the Michigan REALTORS® State RPAC Chair. Meagan enjoys time with her daughters, Lauren & Alexis.
