CENTURY 21 Northland is excited to welcome Keith Bott to our Manistee office! For Keith, stepping into real estate is a new chapter, but helping people, building relationships and getting deals done are anything but new.
With more than 30 years of experience in sales, customer service and business ownership, Keith has built his career around listening to people, solving problems and following through. For the past 20 years, he has been the owner of Advanced Eco Print, and he also spent four years in beer sales with Budweiser. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: Keith genuinely enjoys working with people. That experience now comes with him into real estate.
“I want my clients to see me as a friend first and their real estate agent second. I’m here to give you honest advice, answer your questions, and help you make smart decisions without making the process feel complicated or overwhelming.”
Manistee Has Always Felt Like Home: Although Keith moved to Manistee from Walker, Michigan, four years ago, his connection to the area goes back much further. His family has had a cottage in Manistee for most of his life, giving him years of memories and a deep appreciation for the lifestyle that makes this corner of northern Michigan so special. Now, Manistee isn’t simply the place he visits. It’s home.
Keith is already finding ways to give back to the community, including volunteering for an upcoming cookout fundraiser benefiting Manistee High School fall sports. When he isn’t working, there’s a good chance you’ll find him outside. Boating, landscaping and spending time with family are at the top of his list. And while plenty of people will argue for summer or fall as Michigan’s best season, Keith is firmly on Team Spring. Why? Landscaping season, of course.
Work Hard, Have Fun, Find the Right House: Keith brings a refreshingly straightforward philosophy to real estate: listen to what his clients want, work hard to help them find it and make the experience as enjoyable as possible along the way. He doesn’t believe house hunting needs to feel stressful or overly complicated. In fact, he thinks it should be fun.
“We’re going to look at houses, explore your options, laugh along the way, and hopefully have a few good stories to tell when it’s all over. My job is to help you find the right house, not just the first house that checks a few boxes.”
Whether someone is purchasing a first home, searching for a dream property, relocating, selling or investing, Keith wants his clients to feel comfortable asking questions and confident that they have someone in their corner. And his relationship with a client doesn’t end when everyone leaves the closing table. As Keith puts it, there’s no reason you can’t still grab a drink, catch up and talk about life afterward.
Keith has an adventurous streak, too. One already-completed bucket-list experience was spending two months touring the United States in a Chevy van, the kind of trip that undoubtedly produced a story or two. Still on the list? Europe. Until then, he’s pretty happy enjoying life here in Manistee, spending time on the water, working in the yard, being with family and beginning this next chapter of his career.
We’re thrilled to have Keith join the CENTURY 21 Northland Manistee office and bring his decades of business experience, people-first philosophy and sense of fun to our team. If you’re thinking about buying, selling or investing in the Manistee area, Keith would love the opportunity to get to know you, learn what you’re looking for and help you take the next step. You can reach him at 616-822-4586 or KeithB@C21Northland.com.
